CARLISS JOHNSON was born in Rockford, Illinois but was raised in Atlanta, Georgia. As a young child she always had a passion for writing, and over the years wrote several unpublished poems. She always dreamed of becoming a published author and one day decided to make that dream a reality.

In her prime, Abigale or “Abby” Stevens is a woman that seems to have it all; the doting husband, a great career as a flight attendant, as well as a loving family and supportive friends. Unfortunately, leading a charmed life is too safe and mundane for the vivacious thirty-something year old, so she finds herself caught in the center of a love triangle that forces her to choose which life would suit her better.
Trying to keep her secrets concealed, ultimately sets off a chain of events leaves her as the number one suspect in a murder investigation.
